SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

All shipments in Denmark are delivered by Postnord. 

Regular shipping service is 2-3 business days. 

All shipments outside of Denmark are delivered by GLS, Ups or Postnord and sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package cannot be sent as a gift to non-EU countries in an attempt to avoid local taxes and duties.

Regular service outside of Denmark is app. 3-7 business days.

Shipping prices are different from country to country. Your exact shipping price will be shown when you place your order at checkout. If you have any problems figuring out your shipping costs, you are more than welcome to contact us at toutbaroc@gmail.com.

RETURNS

If the item was not the right for you, we gladly accept returns within 14 days. 

To return your order, you must contact us by mail at toutbaroc@gmail.com no later than 14 days after the date of receipt.  We will provide you with a return formula you must print, fill out and include when returning your order.

We do not cover shipping expenses for returns.

We do not accept items that are broken. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check, we will credit your account/credit card.  In case of a bank transfer, please remember to submit the registration number and account number. Please keep your postage receipt as proof that the package was sent in case tracking is necessary.

We do not cover the expenses of returns.
